What exactly do I get?
Your own private channel in the Tasmania Discord server. Every 30 minutes or so we check 1,500+ companies' career sites, and each new opening that fits your roles, experience and location is posted there as a card: job title, company, remote/hybrid/on-site and place, years of experience asked, any clearance or sponsorship notes, and the link to apply on the company's own site.
Which companies do you watch?
1,500+ employers, mostly tech companies and startups plus a number of larger ones, read straight from their own careers pages (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters). Every company hires across departments, so marketing, sales, finance, operations, HR, legal, design and support jobs are covered along with engineering, data, IT and cybersecurity.
Will this work for my field?
It works best for office and remote jobs at tech and professional-services companies: marketing, sales, customer success, product, design, finance, operations, HR, legal, engineering, data, IT, cybersecurity, hardware and real estate. Jobs that are almost always in person, like nursing, teaching, skilled trades, retail and restaurants, are mostly not posted on the hiring systems we watch, so you'd get few alerts. The signup shows how many open jobs fit your picks before you pay, and because all sales are final, please check that number first.
Is this a job board or a recruiter?
No. We don't post jobs, place candidates, contact employers or apply for you. We find openings on companies' own public career pages and send you the ones that fit your answers. You apply directly with the employer.
Can you guarantee interviews or a job?
No, and nobody honest can. What we do is get the right openings in front of you soon after they're posted, filtered to your level. Whether you land interviews depends on your resume and applications, which we can't see or control, so we don't sell a refund based on outcomes we can't measure.
How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed alerts?
Big job sites mix in reposts, staffing-agency listings and senior roles. Tasmania reads each company's own hiring system directly, reads the job page to check the experience it asks for, and drops what doesn't fit you.

What happens after 3 months?
Your alerts stop and you get a message with a link to renew if you want to. Nothing is charged automatically.
Why do you ask for a resume?
It's optional. It lets us tune your filters by hand, and it will power the referral help we're building (who to reach out to at a company, plus message drafts). We never sell or share it, and we delete it whenever you ask.
